Northwest Financial Services was established in 1983 and specializes in collections in Northwest Missouri and neighboring states. Northwest is a member of the American Collectors Association (ACA) and all employees are bonded. Collection activities are conducted in accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and individual state regulations.

Northwest Financial Services collection specialists are local people with an average of ten years experience and are familiar with the geographic area; it's employers, and economic climate. We require all collectors to be ACA Certified within the first year of employment. Our client base includes hospitals, clinics, doctor's offices and ambulance services as well as a full range of retail, utility, and other businesses. We believe in working closely with our clients and developing both a personal and professional working environment to better achieve both our client's and our goals as their collection service.
